I have used Jay's Property Maintenance twice to date - most recently Oct 2, 2015. They did a fabulous job, completing the job quickly and cleaning up thoroughly. I recommended Jay to my daughter and he installed an outdoor tiled play area for my granddaughter - again top notch. Consistently professional, polite, thorough - I have no hesitation in recommending this team for any kind of yard work.

Trevor was referred by a friend. He arrived on time - both jobs - and was very professional, helpful, and personable. He exceeded expectations in every respect and I would recommend him to anyone.

The service was offered at the front door after noticing parging needs. A deal was struck and the workers showed up as promised the next day. The work was neat, thorough and they offered me a 3 year guarantee. Super!!!

I asked Jamie to paint some 'popcorn-type' ceilings in my home and found him to be knowledgable, personable, neat and very professional. He does great work and I would recommend him highly.

What could this company do to improve their services?
He provided all paint and supplies - there was nothing missed.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Use Jamie if you're looking for a professional job.
