Very rude and arrogant telephone technician. Something was beeping in my basement, coming from one of those devices that are from them. Before I can tell her what really happened, she started telling me what I shouldn't be doing, and even repeating her "lesson" again, as if she was talking to a 3-year old kid, like "you should never do this", "you should not do that". I tried to interrupt her and tell her what really happened, and she told me if I still raise my voice, she would stop helping me right now!!!! How nice!!! She obviously didn't understand customers can be anxious when something is beeping in their basement at 10 pm!! What kind of customer service is that to start threatening about help to a customer? She thinks she knows what she was talking about, and obviously, she did not. After telling me to press codes into pads for a few times, and the thing is still beeping, then she directed me back to my basement to check my carbon monoxide detector. I told her that the beep is from the carbon monoxide detector. I asked her whether I can pull it out to stop the beeping, and she told me it is my own detector and I can do whatever I want. Then she realize it is their detector, and set up an appointment for service. Overall, this woman's tone of voice is always accusative, and rude. This telephone conversation left me very angry with her attitude. I am seriously thinking of switching alarm company after this experience.
