Andrey from Nibia Movers was always very responsive to all my questioning over email and phone. The service was friendly and on task. The move was small (5 pieces of furniture, including a 2 piece hutch and an old stove), but some of the furniture was awkward and they seamlessly moved it from one location to another. We had a special request to take the stove to a third location to be recycled, which Andrey had no problem with and did not charge extra. I had a Groupon for the move, which cost about $120. I'm not sure how much it would have cost without the Groupon.
