After meeting with Pete and reviewing the work that needed completing he and Mark commenced work as scheduled. Due to the age of the property another bathroom also required a total re-haul as well. Fortunatey they were able to complete this work in a timely manner as well. The degree of work went beyond the scope that was originally planned, however Pete and Mark discussed each phase transparently and all work was pre-approved - no assumptions were made. Once the walls were removed the work was no longer elective but required..... it is always a different picture when there are no walls hiding the problems...........As a homeowner I hope that we have covered all the errors previously made and now both bathrooms are safe and functioning...... I woudl not hesitate to use their services in the future.
