I had a great experience with Mike and the entire team from Sonoma. I did a full reno - underpinning, in-floor radiant heat, new HVAC, etc and the final results of the project met my (somewhat high) standards. Mike was great to deal with, always responding to emails and calls in a timely fashion, and kept the project moving despite my busy travel schedule. Most importantly, he continued to respond when I had questions or concerns, and worked through each one of them. The quality of work done by each tradesperson: Tony (carpenter), Paul (HVAC), Marco&Mike (electrical) and Alex (painting) was top notch, and Aldo did a great job of managing the work site daily. Everyone was respectful, hard working, responsive, and took pride in their work. The end result shows the efforts. I'll certainly be using these guys again when my next project comes up.

My experience with Maximum was great. The owner, John, takes the time to fully explain every detail, and is always quick to respond on any calls or emails. Jesse and the crew were also incredible to work with, and quick to sort through any concerns or questions I had. They showed up every morning on time. They cleaned up every day and were very respectful to my family and neighbours. They hit the timelines and came in on budget. Amazingly, many contractors do not even fulfill these basic requirements. These guys go above them, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to do this type of project.

My experience with Finer Edge was exceptionally positive from start to finish. Bill was great returning my calls immediately and coming by to do a quote. He explained things in detail and gave me options to consider. Colin managed the job well and always got back to me quickly and called when he said he would. The guys that did the work, Doug and Antonio are total pros. They were on time, pleasant, did incredible work and made sure to clarify before proceeding with things. Antonion repaired two plaster ceilings and did an amazing job. They also cleaned up each night to make sure the space was livable. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.
