When people come over they immediately notice how bad the tiling job was - there is a clear dip in the middle of the floor and at least 10 pieces are not flat, the tiles stick out and the corners stab feet when you walk across them. Frank did not ensure the floor was level before randomly installing tiles, no level was used, no spacers was used. He didnt charge a lot, so I guess I got what I paid for, but now it's going to cost me even more to completely redo it since it is SO bad it has to be redone. I'm so upset that we didn't clean the grout off first before paying him, as we didnt notice just how bad it was until we cleaned it off. I would not recommend for tiling the floor.

I would HIGHLY recommend Rob and his team for any and all drywall projects - he is honest, fair and Kyle did an amazing job. I emailed three different contractors with pictures of my ceiling - it was previously popcorn that was painted over, we tried sanding and scraping it off but ended up making it much worse. It was so uneven - some parts still had popcorn, some parts were down to the drywall/corner bead. So Rob responded within a few hours with the most reasonable quote (he was half the other quotes) and he could start two days later and finish in two days. Well of course I went with him - and have never been happier. Rob brought his team (Kyle) who was super polite, friendly, and extremely talented - he was able to completely smooth out my ceiling and made it look perfect - it really takes someone who is very skilled to mud a ceiling that was so badly uneven and make it completely smooth. The project was finished in two days and he kept the same price as we agreed upon on the email. Thank you so much!
