We had a blocked drain at 7 pm on a Friday evening (on the coldest day of the winter) that resulted in water pouring out of our ground floor toilet and flooding the basement I went on the internet and found Routerman (never heard of them before). I called their reception and had a very sympathetic person who understood the problem and prioritized the emergency. We had a plumber at the house in under 1 hour who rapidly cleared the blockage and then found the cause of the problem: root damage to the mandarin. The next day we had an excellent team start work excavating the drains in our finished basement. The work was done cleanly and with minimal damage to the decoration/ flooring. When they had finished they cleared all the mess and there was hardly any dust around. They encountered several difficult challenges that they solved The team was extremely considerate and pleasant to have around. They kept us well informed. No one wants a drain problem: but if it occurs Routerman is as good as you will get to solve the problem
The carpet looked like a rough sea with multiple waves. Mark came, gave his opinion and his technician fixed the proble. We now have a carpet that looks like new. Mark is very professional arriving for appointments on time giving clear and sxcellent advice, and then following up. I recommend this team for any carpeting issues.
