From speaking with the technician, he advises that prior to service, he was transparent about the length of service and price. After reading your response and comparing his version of events, both reports of events are the same. We are disappointed in your harsh words against the professionalism our staff. The technician who provided the service has 40 years of Termite experience and regularly is relied upon as an expert in the industry both in the media as well as a guest speaker to the National Pest Management Association. He was working in an uncluttered and empty house, and was able to complete the inspection in a timely fashion. He communicated his findings both verbally and in written form on the invoice on site. For real estate purposes, we always hand write the conclusion on site so that it expedites the decision making process for both parties.
