Our radiator valves were the original ones that were built into the house. They had obviously caused floor and ceiling damage over the last 60 years. When we replaced the ceiling, we wanted to do the rad valves. Serge promptly came for a quotation on the job. Serge and Dejan scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The end product is a great set of new, reliable, secure valves on our radiators that will keep them working for longer than the house is likely to be around!! This is a tricky operation - many of the hold fittings aren't available if they are cracked. They worked diligently and were a delight to have in the house. They even came back quickly and with no complaints when we couldn't complete the work in the first session (floor needed fixing under the radiator). Highly recommended.

Our power for most of our lights and outlets were on TWO knob and tube circuit. One had a ground fault prior to Christmas that left us with a lot of extension cords running through our house. We had 6-7 electricians come in for a quote and Moe was in a class of his own. Besides his price being much better than everyone elses (and charging a "per device price" which made accounting for changes VERY easy as opposed to a fixed price which may or may not include everything you like). Moe was attentive, listened our desires and made suggestions where appropriate to ensure we got what we wanted. I should mention that just from the estimates, it was clear that some people (Kiya) were "telling us" what needed to be done as opposed to listening and suggesting - this made a big impression on us. Partou also had some excellent references from other satisfied customers that I spoke to. In the end, we went away for the Christmas holidays. Moe and Zahedi worked through the holidays to complete the job and had our full confidence while we were away and had full access to our house. We didn't worry for a moment. They minimized damage to the house (some is necessary) and even saved the drywall pieces which makes repairs more speedy. In the end, I would highly recommend Partou Electric and Moe if you are looking for someone. It pays to bring in a few folks, but you'll see the difference for yourself when you speak to all of them.
