I had been thinking of renovating my kitchen and bathroom, so I started having renovation firms come in and bid on the project J.K. Perfection was especially nice, but their first bid on my job wasn't the best one. when James come in to estimate the work he had given me information on how they operate and a free report on hiring a contractor. I found it to be very useful on choosing the right one and eliminating the guys that were not qualified (such as the uninsured, unlicensed and the ones who didn't provide a accurate measured estimate. Also on the information he had stated that if our aggressive quote is beaten, we’ll beat any written estimate. Do to my limited budget before I chose the company of with the lowest price, I called James and presented the lower estimate to him and he beat every quote! I can't stress enough how beautiful the project came out, so just like James says "With J.K. Perfection you get the best possible price along with the highest notch of QUALITY! So thank you J.K.
