Had the tech named Will do a duct cleaning and he did a fine job,very happy.I was curious about hepa units and humidifiers and talked to "the boss" joe.Joe advised me on my options and we ended up doing a swiss air hepa unit with a honeywell steam humidifier.Since our indoor air is quite good.We are pleased with the level of service and will use dial-one again..
