This company is a complete joke. Ordered granite countertops April 11th, 2013. Was told 3 months max. After getting the run around for several months we finally had our countertops installed Oct 10, 2013. Worst job ever! our counters are not level, there are seams where they shouldn't be, the sink was not installed properly, but the very worst was that the sink was not installed in the correct place... it is 4 inches off center and they CUT our lower cabinets to make the sink go in. We have requested our money back (we paid for a backsplash too that was never installed), we have called several times, stopped in their showroom and we are getting no where. I noticed one of you have contacted a lawyer. We would like to suggest that we all get together and share in the expenses of getting this company to take responsibility for their terrible workmanship or lack of product/services after payment.
