I am truly glad that I chose MCBM to have my roof fixed. Right from the start, Marcelo was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions with patience and took time to check the entire area at my request. This made him a lot different from others I contacted. HIs price was fair (not the lowest) but I had full trust in him and his abilities. He was very efficient and friendly and took the time to show me exactly what he did and explained why he did it. I was very happy with the job especially after I saw the attention to detail and the clean overall job. Would highly recommend MCBM Roofing to anyone. Marcelo truly does grade 'A' work. ----------------------------- Had to post a follow up due a very disappointing turn of events. After each strong rainfall, the roof over my garage kept leaking. Although Marcelo came back to check, he did not fix the problem and i still have a leaky roof. Marcelo stopped replying to my texts which was very surprising because he was attentive at the beginning. The conclusion is that Marcelo did not fix the problem I paid him to fix. He misdiagnosed the problem at the start and abandoned his client.

Let me start by apologizing for not replaying your call right away as we were out of the country at the time.
With regards of your leaking. Marcelo went to your house 4 times to see where the leaking was coming from, and he did inspect the flashing that he installed with you, and you agreed that the flashing was working correctly. Unfortunately, he can not say with 100% certainty where the water is coming from, for this reason he recommended you call a window or brick company to further inspect the area.
If you need for him to go again to go over it with you, please let us know.
