I phoned Jack's to ask for repair on our washing machine when another repair company failed to show up for the second day in a row. Jack gave me advice over the phone and fixed the problem!!! He could easily have told me it was my pump that needed to be replaced (as the other company did) and charged me for service and the part (the other company gave me an estimate of $250+). I am so impressed by his honesty. I will be using him for all of my repairs in the future and I will be recommending him to friends.

I paid for this service as part of an on-line deal and attempted to contact the owner "Dan" for almost two months. He finally promised to arrive on a certain date and then didn't bother to show up. I received a refund through the on-line dealer - I was told that I was one of almost a hundred dissatisfied customers!

I paid $300 for 12 cleaning sessions. This service arrived 2x and did a terrible job and then never returned. Phone calls, texts go unanswered. Don't trust these ladies - Rosie, Sasha, and Sarah you should be ashamed of yourselves!
