We're delighted with the excellent, attentive work Eclipse did replacing the eavestroughs and siding on our bungalow, as well as assessing our downspout configuration. Oleg managed our project, kept us and our neighbours informed on its progress (particularly reassuring as we were out of town for much of it), answered our questions promptly and offered pertinent advice and thorough follow-up. We would definitely use Eclipse's services in future and would recommend them to others.

Our almost 10-year-old and much beloved Bosch dishwasher stopped working in mid-wash one evening, filled with soapy water and dishes. We were able to get The Appliance Service People in the next day, and Chris B and his colleague dealt with the problem in a timely fashion. Chris trained with Bosch in Germany, and was very knowledgeable about how their appliances are assembled and serviced. He explained the source of the problem, gave me a couple of options in terms of how it could be repaired, did the repair in a timely fashion, and gave me some excellent tips on how to continue to extend the life of this fine appliance. I was very grateful for his expertise, professionalism and pleasant manner.
