We just had our furnace, ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. The serviceman, Ted, phoned prior to arrival and was very pleasant. He did the job quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after himself (and was "normal"). I was very happy with the service. The company also had a coupon in the SUTP book which saved us some money. Another popular company had given us a quote (they had cleaned the furnace 2 years ago) and told me that according to their file, we had 15 vents. I told Ted this, however he went through the house counting and informed me there were only 14. So he saved us even more money. With the coupon and with a serviceman who could actually count, we ended up saving close to $60. We will definitely use them again next year!
