I took an alpaca duvet in this week for cleaning, being assured they could do it. Got it back today, shrunk. They managed to convert the hair into felt. Restitution? Zilch. Had to fight to get the owner(?) to refund my cleaning cost ($25). If you have anything alpaca to clean, avoid this place like the plague! I will not trust anything else to them.
