Used the Durham office for a repair in Pickering. I've never had a more confused service provider to less for $80 an hour. They started by showing up at my home, asking where my parts were. By my calling and saying "my washer has a broken internal door latch", they thought I had diagnosed the problem and had pre-purchased the replacement parts myself? That idiocy cost $80 plus tax, followed by three days of silence on their part. Even after I called to tell them they were effectively fired for being useless to me, they called back to ask how my repair was going. Useless. No accountability. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. UPDATE: Another company fixed it from start-to-finish in less than half and hour. It's disgusting when a service provider with such terrible service also charges premium prices. I believe business is entitled to make money and get paid, but this company – or atleast this branch – preys on people. Oh, and less than half the quoted price. I tipped this guy the difference out of principal.
