We were referred to Fits Right by IKEA. My initial impression, when I booked a measurement appointment, was how unfriendly their customer service was. For installation, they used a contractor - who installed the counter crooked! We got a lot of attitude when we asked them to come back and fix the problem. Overall, very disappointed with this company.
