Joe welcomed all comparative ideas and prices and I was very impressed by his honesty. I am thrilled with a beautiful basement apartment which is expertly designed and constructed into a rather tricky space. Throughout all of this work, Joe and his team worked quickly, performed quality work, kept work areas clean and safe, and treated the rest of my home and my family with great respect. Additional jobs include a new attic entrance, complete firewall and third level storage space, as well as a lovely roof garden.
