Initially I was happy with my system. As the cold weather started to set in, I was trying to turn my furnace on with the thermostat they installed. I could not get the ac to turn off. On oct. 18th I called their line and talked to a rep who had me running around unplugging things, but no fix for my problems. He then told me that he couldn't do anymore but would call me back the next day. Now I have no heat in my house. Nobody called me back. My wife called numerous times with the promise someone would call us back, but nobody called back. On Oct. 23, I longer fell for "we'll call you back" and after being given the speech of "I understand sir and yes I don't blame you for being upset" I demanded to speak to someone higher up. Joe from Montreal came on the phone and was appalled but would get to the bottom of this. He was going to listen to the tapes and straighten things out for us. Joe guaranteed we would have the system repaired within 24 hrs. I thanked him and thought he was a good standup guy. Next day, no phone calls or service rep. Finally a message was left on the phone, a service tech would be buy the next time one visits Fort McMurray from Edmonton! Now it is Oct. 24th in Northern Alberta and we have no heat and we don't know when the service tech will be buy. We told them to cancel our contract and come pick up there junk that I would put in a box. I now have to get a new thermostat installed to operate my furnace! It will not be one of there thermostats! I'm so disappointed in them, they didn't care if my house was frozen. If you can risk living without heat, then..... There was more to say but I'm getting tired typing. Thanks for reading, got to go put another log on the fire until the furnace guy shows up to disconnect there junk!
