My first impression of Jason was very good. He and his colleague spent a few days plastering parts of a wall and ceiling that had started to crack and fall apart. The completed job looked great, as good as new, with no sign of the previous damage. He said that his work was guaranteed and to let him know if there were any problems. Unfortunately, just over a month later, horizontal cracks started to appear in the wall where the plastering had been done. I have called him numerous times and left several voice messages (since July) asking him if he could come and take a look at the wall, but he has not responded.

Our hardwood floors look much improved after Mike sanded and refinished them. Before starting the job, he explained to us a variety of options, ranging from refinishing parts of the flooring to replacing everything. Although he did not initially state all of the pricing information, he volunteered this information when asked. The work was completed on time, and the floors that were once in very rough shape now have a renewed look and feel.
