basement from bare walls to beautiful, warm, oak family room
The design and construction of our dream family room developed day by day. Fred and his crew were very pleasant and helpful. He would listen and answer all of our questions and make suggestions or alternative choices when we asked. Each day the crew cleaned up their space. In a matter of weeks our basement was transformed into a wonderful and comfortable space. The millwork is beautiful. The wet bar is phenomenal. We had only to ask and it was done. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Bencon Design Build Ltd.

- His father, Benny (Benrit Construction) was initially recommended by a local plumbing company that has been in business for years. Fred took me to see other installations of flooring, lighting and wood work so that we had a better idea of what was available.
