Horrible customer service from the first call. Checking inventory, nothing in stock in both location("call back in 2 weeks). I called the other location. They said its in stock. Went to pick up, completely destroyed boxed, but assured me all inside. Sent 2 emails to both stores, stating that box completely damaged and assure me that all shower unit parts are in place.. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME.. completely ignored. shower unit was installed had to get some small hardware elsewhere to make it work. The drain plumbing of this unit is not standard size.. so the water wont drain properly now.. the whole unit needs to be removed with all tiles. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE>> prices are good but not worth the stress.

Just moved to a new place, had pictures mirror, and 2 chandeliers to hang. Igal has done perfect work, very accurate, neat and clean.. was a big pleasure to have him work and give us some extra tips where to hang the art work. he was recommended from a friend, and i will recommend his service onward.
