We have used Finer Edge for 10 years. We are always given a written estimate and this estimate always matches the final cost (unless unforeseen repairs were needed). All staff at Finer Edge communicate frequently and clearly regarding arrival and departure time, number of days needed, who is responsible for what, how to contact them, etc. The quality of work is exceptional, they always check in to make sure we're happy with the work and they will correct any imperfections. They have had such depth of experience that no home 'challenge' is too daunting. Their suggestions work. Finer Edge is a great company to work with.

Discuss with customers what their 5 year plans for work in their home might be, how Finer Edge could help them and where they might need to look at other service providers e.g. could they undertake a garage renovation or would they recommend another company to handle this/
