I received word from my condo corporation that some work needed to be done in my unit to fix a leak that was coming from my unit into the garage below. I arranged to move out while the work was being done. The area adjacent to the drain was covered with laminate flooring that I had placed down, and which had to be removed. I was told by the property manager that I would have to settle for vinyl flooring to replace the laminate. Well, not only did Misha put back my laminate flooring as if it had never been touched, he also replaced some other adjacent areas of vinyl flooring that had seen better days with new vinyl flooring. He even fixed my bathroom sink that had a slow drain, so that it drains properly now - that wasn't even part of the deal! Misha is someone who takes the time to do things right, and will go the extra mile to provide excellent service - all with a smile.

I had an unusual (I thought) request: I needed my apartment packed up, but all the boxes and wrapped furniture left in the apartment. I was having some work done, and wanted to protect my contents, as well as have them 'move-ready' in case the job became bigger than anticipated. From the first phone call to the day of packing, I was treated with respect and consideration, no one even suggested that this was anything out of the ordinary. Derek and Elvis arrived on schedule, after I received a call telling me they were on the way. They were professional, friendly, very helpful, and made me feel very comfortable about having them in my home. Derek and I found a few things in common (hope you enjoyed the Vampires tape! ) and Elvis was very concerned when I tripped over a small box (NOT their fault) and pulled a muscle in my leg - it's completely fine now, guys. And then the worst thing happened - I ran out of funds. I could not feel more embarrassed!!!! Yet these two gentlemen were the consummate professionals, and worked with the office to lower my total to one I could afford. I was blown away. I will always be grateful to Derek and Elvis for their understanding and patience. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone - you guys are the BEST!!!!!!
