We have a little project (200sqft), to put a new patio in the backyard. So went to Beaver Valley on Tuesday, ordered and fully paid for everything, they said delivery will be done on Friday morning. So far everything okay. Took day off on Friday to wait for the truck to come, they don't actually give you a window about their arrival. So I wait and wait, around noon I called them. "No problem" the representative said on the phone, they will come. And I wait and wait, called them back around 2 pm,same answer. Third call I did was at 4.45pm when the rep. said that they are very busy and they're not going to come on Friday. Now I started getting upset, they do have my cell phone number, mu home phone number, at least they can call a customer and let him know. I just waited all day, lost two customers that day (I do plumbing service). If I will do the same to my customers, 100% sure they will not gonna call me back ever again. Story is not ending yet. They said will be back on Saturday morning at 7am. No need to say that they were late again and came around 9 am, I had to call my customer in that morning and he wasn't very happy that I will be late with my appointment. And is not over yet, Beaver Valley sent the wrong truck, with a forklift instead of long arm, they came back later that day when nobody was home and planted the stones on the driveway blocking one space. With no other parking available, that evening (was 7 degrees outside, windy and raining) I had to move the stones so I can park my cars. What can I say, very poor dispatching, zero communication with customer and a very frustating experience. For sure will not use again and strongly recommend to go somewhere else when you need lanscaping stuff.
