The day after receiving an invoice from them a very rude staff person came to our office threatening our staff for payment. The work was performed 10 days prior. The invoice was received the day before the visit. We had a cheque for her, and indicated that the person who has signing authority would not be in the office until later in the day, and that we would courier it to her. She refused to leave and started hassling our young receptionist. We gave her the unsigned cheque and arranged to have someone meet her in vancouver close to the business to provide her with a signature. She was still rude. We will never use this company again.
