Mike delivered what he promised, quickly. His man did short us on two attic vents, I called Mike and he promised to get his man over quickly to finish the job. One hour later it was finished! I was also impressed with his price for the job.

We've use Patti-Lynn a few times over the years. They just finished our largest job carpeting the basement and installing cork tile in a bathroom. They get in, get the job done and get out. No fuss. No mess. No complaining etc. Just what you want in a contractor.

Mr. Sprinkler installed our lawn sprinkling system 20 odd years ago. Did an good job and was reasonable. I called him in last summer to have a few heads replaced. He showed up promptly as promised. His two helpers jumped on the job and had it finished before I had even finished talking with the owner. I don't think I even had a quote at that point. Price was right especially considering they use expensive Hunter heads (which must be good to last as long as they did)!

We had Freelane do a complete reno on our kitchen and bath cabinets. The overall job was OK, however, they couldn't keep the lights in the bathroom on. They also couldn't match the crown molding on our kitchen cabinets. His supplier had gone out of business and instead of having one made up, he simply put one up that was close in profile even while I protested. He showed up one night complaining about all the business problems he had and whining about his inability to cure our problems. He then left and never came back. Left us with a mismatched crown moulding, a light that I had to fix (real simple problem) and some trim unfinished. He also did not collect the balance of his money ($1,500) or even ask for it. I guess that's his cure for problems on the job.
