Rick was busy when I requested a service call but was willing to fit me in. Arrived at my house as indicated with a call 30 mins before arrival. Diagnosed the problem on the phone and arrived with part. Replaced part and advised me on how I can prevent any further problems with the fridge ie vacuum condenser. Price was reasonable and I definitely would use him again.

Very knowledgeable and courteous and especially fast, arrived and left within the hour. Well worth the call to Mark. Knew exactly what the problem was. Had the part available. Will be definitely recommending him to my friends.
