We originally contacted NewRidge Refinishing about 3 years ago and Matt came in and did an amazing job installing new hardwood floors on our main floor and he also sanded and re-stained our existing stairs to match. When we needed to install new flooring in our basement due to flooding, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to call. Matt came out again in February 2016 and did another fantastic job - he installed engineered hardwood flooring in our basement and also put new treads on our existing stairs and stained them to match the flooring. I can't say enough about how easy NewRidge Refinishing and Matt made the whole process - Matt`s attention to detail and work ethic are unparalleled. We couldn`t be happier.

We have been dealing with A-1 since 1999. They replaced the furnace at that time and our air conditioner in 2004. They have been handling maintenance on that equipment ever since. So when it was time to switch to a high-efficiency furnace and a tankless water heater due to a main floor renovation we were undertaking, we called A-1. Their prices are competitive, the product is reliable and the service has always been top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A-1.

We are renovating our entire main floor (kitchen, living room and dining room). Scott was always prompt in answering my e-mails. The whole quoting process was quick, we found the price very reasonable and they were able to work around our renovation schedule. Matt came in to install pre-finished hardwood flooring throughout the main floor. He also sanded and stained our existing oak stairs to match the new hardwood floor. He took such care to get everything just right, including staining and installing flush wooden floor vents and staining new handrails. All the work he did looks fantastic - we've had so many enthusiastic comments about our new floor and stairs.
