Outrageously expensive, every conceivable charge was thought up. In short, I paid $500 in labour for 3 hours work. Plus another $300 in mark up for parts; i.e. the deadbolt sold for $175 could be purchased for $110. $800 for 3 hours of work is not fair value.

NIGHTMARE - leak - then $5,900 for new roof - still leaking - phone calls, emails, text messages - still refusing to fix the roof - 3 months and counting - still leaking.
