I was over charged for the service, I can't tell you how much because they will not give me a revised invoice. The owner himself suggested I use the old invoice to hand in to the management and said that I would "be a head" Meaning I would be dishonest and make money off the property management. The fact that their staff were dishonest on the invoice and then they suggested that I be dishonest makes this company look very shady. Not to mention that they didn't even fix the problem. The actual plumber left at one point to go to the store and left the "trainee" to deal with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them in the future.

Tom here, the owner. I reduced the half hour over charge to you on the phone when I learned of it Monday morning before any money was collected. I was unable to change the invoice as it was a hand written after hours invoice left in your possession and the office was closed as yet. We sent two men (at overtime) and charged for one man. My sympathies that they were unable to fix the problem at the housing complex since the blockage wasn't even in the unit, the management company should have made emergency access prior to their arrival in order to be assured of success. They went to your emergency late Sunday night after a very busy weekend. We are "A+ accredited" company with the BBB and are not a shady company. I haven't charged a dime that wasn't earned. If your angry with me that the invoice didn't get redone and sent then I have learned from this. If your angry about having a 2.5 hour labour charge (for one serviceman) ...that I cant understand as you ordered the work and we came in good faith. Our apprentice's require "one on one" training that cant be charged out often in service work and you were not charged. I asked if you could note the $63.75 reduction on your invoice and show your property manager.
