When Neil Durling is scheduled to do the maintenance on my furnace, I can rest at ease; he is informed, capable & helpful; I mentioned my concern with the air flow, to which, in addition to the inspection, he paid particular attention; we discussed the trouble and the likely cause. Conclusion: given the age of the furnace, replacing it is most likely due, although he assured me that it was still in operational. Neil gave me the name of a salesperson who would assist me in making the appropriate for my home. Thank you Neil. PS I am glad i switched to Reliance Holmes heating and cooling.
