Jordan came the same day I called, looked at the site, quoted on two shingle options and prices, and walked me through the entire process and products I could expect him to use. A couple of days later he and his workmate came and, in one afternoon, replaced the shingles and the beat-up air vent, repaired and reinstalled correctly three glass windows already in the roof, and added a metal sheet to block the hole the squirrels used all winter to trash the contents of our garage. Clean up was spectacular, nothing for me to do. Jordan was easy to get along with, very approachable for questions, knowledgeable about roofing, concerned with the quality of the jobs his company does, pleasant, reliable and thorough. The price was right with no unexpected increases. I will happily recommend him to anyone

WOW responded immediately for a quote, estimator/sales person came next day. I checked two other companies for comparison prices...their prices were so much higher than WOW that I nervously called the salesperson back to my house to confirm the job and price. WOW was an easy company to deal with, has company painters, has liability/WSIB, provided high quality paint in the quote. Painting day went smoothly...on time, project manager confirmed project, excellent wall prep, loads of drop cloths and furniture coverings and efficient painting.. Many painters arrived for the job, everyone polite and in clean uniforms, very professional. Will recommend WOW to others and will use again for next paint job. The surprise thank you note and mini paint can of cookies ended a very good day. Thanks WOW. It really was a 1-day paint job with excellent results. I would refer WOW to everyone, and will check them out again when I next need painting.

We called A1 because of their high rating on Homestars, and were not disappointed. We've had difficulty in the past getting repairs done, replacement is the usual recommendation. The A1 repair rep showed us the current problem, explained what he was going to do and why, and promptly got it goi. He also pointed out potential future issues with our 17 year old furnace in an informative and non pressing way. We'll probably buy a furnace from A1 before next winter because of how well we felt we were treated.
