Purchase/Installation of Laminate Flooring for Condo
I enjoyed working with Tony and Kathy -- found them both extremely pleasant and helpful. The in-home delivery of samples and consultation was great and they worked hard to keep the project within my (limited) budget. They co-ordinated all the details so I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I had a little problem with sagging/creaking in a really small area (1 or 2 boards) after the floor was installed but Tony kept in touch with me the whole time and made sure the installer came back at a time that was convenient for me to fix it (the fix just happened today and as far as I can tell, it seems better. - Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- I chose a dark chocolate brown laminate that looks really rich and luxurious and has a bit of a glossy finish. It looks fantastic and works okay for my lifestyle, but for people who have kids or pets or anything like that, watch out for dark floors (shows dust more easily) and glossier floors (shows footprints) :)
