Kevin rescued family vacation! When we'd realized that the RV keys were taken from a vehicle (don't ask what happened to the second set!), I visited homestars, saw the Ambassador review, and called Kevin up - we scheduled an appt, he showed up on time, and - badaboom badabing! - vacation was saved. After visiting homestars Sept 27, I contacted ASC: Terry called me that day (Friday), called Sunday to schedule, visited Monday morning, and had the problem fixed by 9:30 Tuesday morning! Did I mention he was supposed to arrive at 9:30?? Imagine my delight when a service professional showed up EARLY! He was clean cut, professional, knowledgable, and honest. It is unsurprising that his company's rating is as high as it is: it is well-deserved. Thank you, Terry - I wish you and your company the best.
