When my husband and I met Daniel at the Toronto Home Show last year, we immediately liked his relaxed demeanor and easy-going attitude. He was the first person we interviewed regarding our home renos and the one we ultimately chose to oversee our project.The price was right and we felt we could trust him when he said client satisfaction was his number one priority. Happily, throughout the almost two month reno, Daniel remained as lovely as the first time we met him and he always treated us with the utmost respect. He was available to respond to any questions or concerns - and there were plenty - day or night. All requests for correspondence were met with an immediate reply. José, our site supervisor, worked diligently to provide us with the home we envisioned. He even surprised us with some extras. Just please remember, he likes his coffee with 1 cream and 2 sugars ?. They stayed on budget and actually finished a little ahead of schedule. Most important of all, we love living in our new space. It's exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!! Robin & Pierre

From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to deal with. The stellar reviews are true. I contacted Dave's Duct Cleaning and was put in touch with a very pleasant fellow named Stanley. I expressed to him that we needed someone ASAP, and even though they were super busy, he managed to get me an appointment in only a week. The two young men who showed up were polite and professional (shout-out to Brendan and Shane!). They showed respect for our home by taking their shoes off upon entering and provided excellent service without trying to upsell. The house smelled amazing after they were done - definitely make sure you get the sanitizer and deodorizer - it was included for free for us. I was able to watch and speak with them throughout the whole process and they were happy to explain to me what they were doing. I'll definitely call them the next time we need our air ducts cleaned!

Let me make this simple for you – HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Accu-Star. We had mold in the basement of our 90+ year old Etobicoke home and my husband and I were determined to hire a competent, reputable and affordable mold remediation company that we could trust. We ended up having three companies come over and provide us with estimates. It was so obvious as soon as we met Nev that he was the guy for the job. He described in detail exactly what his crew would do while patiently answering all of our questions (a practice that continued throughout the remediation process). As advertised, Accu-Star matched the competitors’ estimate. Once work began, the team proved to be skilled, hard-working and approachable. The extent of damage to our basement was beyond what we had originally anticipated and I had no problem trusting Nev to do what needed to be done.
