Anpaq did $60K renovations to my house and gave me a 5 year guarantee. Several things were done wrong, the floor of the addition did not match the level of the floor of the adjoining room, the doors were installed on a slant, the wall where the old house and new addition met was poorly insulated, the support for the new backyard deck was weak. Anpaq said it would repair its poor work. It kept delaying work and once told me their worker told them the work had already been done despite my calling to tell them it had not been done. After complaining to the BBB Anpaq said it would reimburse my repair costs. After sending the bill, I was told the owner of Anpaq sold the company. The new owner said he would not pay. The BBB said it could do nothing.
