Building a new house and have been working on the ideas for a while. Worked with Parry a couple of years back and had to put it on hold. Finally we are now ready again and Parry was able to get us back on plan. We are now working on the final set of plans to submit to the city for permitting.

Recently completed a new house in Calgary. As it is an investment property we did not want a high maintenance finish material and we did not want vinyl siding. We were also not wanting to spend for stone cladding so we decided to go with Hardi panel and lap siding. Johan was very accommodating in designing a custom flashing detail to make the panel work. The end result is a unique application that we are all very happy with.
