QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE GONE DOWNHILL SINCE MY LAST ZEN KITCHEN
We are so very disappointed in the most recent kitchen cabinet experience with Zen Living. Not only has this installation been dragging on since September 2021 (and it is now March 2022), there have been multiple screw-ups, delays, staff changes as good people leave Zen frustrated with the way Zen is treating customers & staff, broken promises and more, but the worst part is Zen staff now stonewalling & refusing to even respond to my emails or my request for the name and contact number to talk to the owner and invite him to come to see the problems that need to be rectified. This is not my first Zen kitchen and I can't believe how they have deteriorated in quality and service, and that their way of resolving the last two remaining problems is simply to say "we have closed this file".
