Penny Southam took our vision for a modern vibrant community real estate office called WestboroPropertyShop.com and created a design of a beautiful and efficient work space. We had Southam Design project manage the contractors and that was the best decision we ever made. Penny knows her stuff, knows how to manage contractors and who does good work. We ended up with a great space and are extremely pleased with our new office. It was not cheap but worth every Penny!
