Rick and his team did a great job in renovating our kitchen. They were able to correct some poor design features which had been developed by a different planner. They kept the project on budget and generally managed the project within the timelines we set. Their attention to detail was terrific and they made some great suggestions for finishing touches which would add value to our kitchen and make it more efficient. Rick also did a good job in coordinating the activities of all his team (plumbing, electrical, flooring, backsplash, cabinets, etc, which made our lives easier during this process.

I bought a water filtration unit when I moved into our house in 1997. It had given me years of faithful service, usually with only routine maintenance each year. In the last year or so I had been having issues with the O rings wearing out prematurely, which caused the system not to function. After several attempts to correct the situation failed I contacted the head office and the owner Len was very helpful in resolving my problem. He even upgraded my unit to a modern computer unit. I was very impressed with his quick response to my issue and his willingness to go the extra mile to advocate for me and ensure my complete satisfaction. His word really is his bond.
