An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I hired M&M Moving for my house move. I have nothing but good things to say about the efficiency & work ethic of these three men. If they were not sure they asked questions. They had difficulty with my special request (a very heavy piece of furniture) going up the stairs. But they persevered. At the Condo I especially noted the sequence of lining up partial items in the hallway for elevator access. It appeared very organized. Actual location of furniture in the various rooms went very smoothly. My wife said that they were very careful not to mark the walls especially in a narrow hallway; and they asked questions to make sure that the items were placed exactly in the proper location even if my wife changed her mind.
