Recommended by neighbour and contacted Structural Restoration Systems. Adam promptly responded to my email and communication was clear throughout the process. We ended up moving up the service date as they had an earlier opening. On the day of service, Adam and team arrived on time and got to work right away. They did a great job and the backyard was clean like before. I'm very satisfied with their work and will use them again in the future.

Received Artur's contact through a friend. Had a broken spring and gave Artur a call. He recommended to change both springs. He came the next day (very punctual). Before he began his job, he also inspected the cables and highlighted the corrosion and may need the fix later, but it is not required at this time. Decided to change it together for peace of mind. Fantastic service and will definitely use Artur's service again and recommend to friends.

Tommy came and installed the garage door back in May 2013. The garage door was exactly what he described. He offered 2 options to us (non insulated/ insulated), and explained to us the advantage of each option. At the end, we chose insulated and never regretted (it was also his recommendation). The only minor thing I would comment on is adjusting the downward/upward force of the garage door. After he left, the garage door wouldn't close after the 2nd time. He came back immediately and adjusted the force. 1 recommendation I would add is to adjust the force with the children in mind. The downward force should be strong enough to close the garage door, but upward force should be light enough to bounce back if a child was under it. Overall, Tommy was good installer and I would recommend him to my closest friends & family.

Jarod Merigliano (Service Technician) came to fix our basement crack. He called as he was running late, and arrived on the time specified. Before he started the job, Jarod was thorough in explaining what he was about to do. The place was spot clean when they left. I'm quite happy with CBS as the initial sales and their technicians are both consistent in the repair work involved. Price was also reasonable. Would definitely recommend to close friends & family.
