I contacted Patrick to give me an estimate to install leaf guard on my gutters as they were getting filled with leaves. He came over the same day to take a look. His estimate was very good and comparable to others. I hired him on the spot and gave me a date and time when he would get it done. He communicate very well and came over as promised and got the work done in one day. Not only did he install the leaf guards but he cleaned up my gutters as well before installing, on top of that I barely noticed him being here doing the work, there was no disruption, he worked fast and got it done before it got too cold. I would recommend him and hire him again.

WOW!!! Josh was outstanding to deal with; he was knowledgeable and explained the whole process. On top of that he was very accommodating to get the job done as soon as possible. Constantly communicated with an update and responded very quickly. Ryan, the head installer was also very pleasant to talk to as he explained the whole installation to me and how to take care of my new lawn, which is basically just rake the leaves to keep it clean, . My backyard looks amazing. I love the product. If I could give Josh 11 stars I would. I will recommend Josh and his team to anyone wanting to have it installed.

Nathan and his crew were outstanding. I had a 20 year old 2 level deck that was built the old way with long nails that needed resurfacing as the old top planks were completely rotten. Nathan came to give me a quote and at the same time we extended the deck and added a pergola. They repaired the foundation and reinforced it where required as well as added post for the steps that were nonexistent before. They designed it exactly as I wanted it to look and did an outstanding job. The total job took approximately 5 days. I was surprise on how fast they worked and finished the job. Nathan was very responsive in getting back to me and Stu, the head carpenter, was very open to changes on the fly. Now my deck looks great and so does the pergola and getting lots of compliments from my neighbors. I will definitely recommend them and hire them in the future.

I have had water seepage in my basement for a while now every time it rained really hard or when the snow was melting. I researched a few companies and still was not satisfied what they were offering. I called Zeggy, he came over the same day to see the problem and lucky for me it had rained that day so it was easy to show him. He gave me an very reasonable estimate and I hired him on the spot, The next day he sent his crew to start digging and fixing the problem. The whole process took two days. They worked quickly and fast and showed me the progress throughout the repair process.

I hired IKEA Kitchen Installation to install my Ikea Kitchen. Alex did a wonderful job installing the kitchen and were very pleasant to work with. He came up with a couple of great ideas to improve our kitchen and the installation was great and smooth. it took days and they stayed late to complete it and ensuring that all doors and hinges worked and installed all the hardware. I was in fact so happy with the kitchen installation that I hired them again to install my living room wall unit as well as installing my hood vent. Again the service was excellent. I will hire them again in the future for other jobs.

We engaged David to complete the drawings for our 2nd floor addition and changes to the main floor. From the moment we met David during the interview process, we felt very comfortable with him. His knowledge on the design and permit application process is second to none. In fact, despite having met with several other companies, we hired David the next day as we knew right away he was the right person for our project. He took the time to explain the entire process to us including all the cost associated with the entire process. During the design phase, David took into consideration our needs as well as provided some suggestions on several areas to fully utilize the space we envisioned and improve efficiency. We were able to come up with a final design very quickly, including last minute changes that were requested. We were very happy with the final design. During the permit application process with the city, David took care of everything for us and represented us with the city. The city often finds kinks in plans and David was able to respond and provide the additional details immediately. Overall the entire permit application process was relatively painless, although it did take quite some time due to the several stages involved. David was also very helpful during our contractor selection process as he helped to answer some questions contractors had. In fact, some contractors complimented us having such detailed plans available, as it made their job of quoting for the project a lot easier and accurate. After we selected our contractor further changes were required to the plans and David was very quick to respond and make the corrections and resubmit the changes to the city for approval. Overall, we were very, very happy to have David on board to complete the design of our project. His attention to our project didn’t falter when the permits were issued and he continued to be involved with our contractor to ensure that all the questions were answered and the details are followed up. I would highly recommend David to other couples looking to do large complex renovations, as we were quite pleased with his professionalism, diligence and attention to detail.
