No Heat - More Comfort then ever
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
James Smith Owner of Natural Choice Heating & Cooling was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. We just had a brand new furnace installed by his company. The technicians he sent to our home were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to deal with. They were also efficient in that they had the new furnace installed in less than one day without any muss or fuss. James gave us a good price as we have had other companies come to our home in the past and give us estimates. We had no furnace for a week at the end of October while deciding, and James e-mailed and called me first thing in the morning to see if we were okay and was very caring and concerned about taking care of us quickly and properly.
