After many years and some jostling by less reputable landscaper who did some patio work adjacent to our water feature and small front yard pond, the whole thing needed to be redone. We decided to lift all the large Georgian Bay rocks and rebuild it with a new liner. The challenge was to work around existing finished landscaping which meant large equipment could not be used and everything needed to be done by hand, including moving very large (over four foot long) rocks. Rick and the team fit us in between larger jobs, and got the job done on schedule and on budget. We now know who we will call if we have other landscaping or water feature work.

Last year I hired Silvio and his team at Blueline to build an addition to a commercial storefront property, to renovate the existing commercial unit and to complete selective renovation work on the residential units above. The work was completed on budget, and Silvio was great to work with when unforeseen conditions presented themselves. He worked well with the architect, mechanical engineers and other consultants and the project was completed on an acceptable time line. I will be using Blueline on my next project and would recommend Silvio and his team without reservation.
