Rick showed up on time, professionally dressed with all his equipment with him. He was there a half hour early which he told us was his usual procedure so we could tell the current home owners. He went through all the exterior with us and took special care to look for possible points of rodent entry at our request. He took his time and checked our everything inside and was very respectful of the current homeowners as well. Putting up sheets to cover the closet when he checked out the attic etc. He was very personable, and patiently answered all our questions, and we asked a lot of questions! Included in the price was the use of his infrared camera and moisture meter, though we declined the use of his mold detection dog. If we had anyone in our family with asthma or something similar, that dog would be money well spent though I am sure!!! Rick was able to meet us on the Sunday of the long weekend (sorry to do that to you Rick!) and we had our report by the end of the day. The report is great!!! It is written in plain English with lots of pictures and arrows pointing out the exact issue and how to fix it as well as alternatives, giving us lots of options. At the end of the report are links for more information on common household issues and how to fix those. We were very happy with your service Rick, thank you so much! We would use you again and recommend you to our friends and family!
