The deck off our master bedroom was rotting and needed to be replaced. I had a couple of sunroom companies come to take a look and give me a quote. It was obvious from the beginning that Desert Sun cared about customer service. Everyone - Blake, Bob, Mike, office staff - was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Mike, the installer, kept working despite the cold weather and at all times during, as well as after installation the site was left clean. The company installing the flooring after completion of sunroom had questions I couldn't answer. When I asked Blake his response was give me their number I'll talk to them. The company installing blinds had questions - when I asked Bob he said - I'll talk to them. Desert Sun is an excellent company - I highly recommend them.

Hired Alpine Services to lay sod, cut hedges, prune trees, tear up flower beds and lay crushed rock in our yard. The yard had been neglected for quite some time and in particular the front - the grass had died and there wasn’t much left but dirt. We also had a lilac tree in the middle of the yard which we wanted removed. VERY impressed with the work done – they are hard working, efficient and professional. As the yard started to come together I asked for a few additional items to be done and their attitude was “you’re the boss, whatever you want”. When they finished the job late Saturday, they showed up on Sunday to do cleanup. I would highly recommend Alpine Services to anyone. Our yard has never looked so good, we’ve now hired them to keep it looking that way ?

Excellent service. Purchased a Pax wardrobe from IKEA and as the assembly company they recommended couldn't get the job done for over 10 days I started looking on the internet for other companies. After contacting various companies I decided to hire Ikea Man; mainly because the price was right and they could have someone do the job for me in a very reasonable period of time. I mentioned to Ivan that IKEA had told me that it would take 2 people to do this assembly and was advised that his assemblers have done these wardrobes many times before and one person can do it with no problems. He was right - John arrived, on time, and assembled the wardrobe in no time. I had also purchased a computer desk which arrived a few days later. I e-mailed Ivan and he again gave me an appointment in a very short period of time. John arrived, assembled the desk and it was all done with no fuss, no muss. After both assemblies, John asked for the vacuum cleaner to clean up, packaged up all the boxes, styrofoam, etc. Amazing job, great people to deal with - wish all companies had this type of customer service. Would definitely use Ikea Man again.
